2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354 , 448, 380, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are said to have assaulted the prosecution side over land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is in custody since 01.12.2023, petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 26.11.2023 and the petitioner no. 3 is in custody since 26.11.2023. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari Op) P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
