JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot and is in jail custody since 9.08.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S.Case No. 34 of 2015.
