Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instruction to withhdraw the present MJC application with liberty to file representation before the Deputy General Manager (Commercial and Operation), Administrative Office, State Bank of India, Muzaffarpur for claiming certain dues which as per the petitioner is still due

3. Learned counsel for the Respondent-SBI is present.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, MJC application is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Deputy General Manager (Commercial and Operation), Administrative Office, State Bank of India, Muzaffarpur for claiming dues, if any. The said representation must be filed within one month from the date of this order and upon receipt of the representation, the Deputy General Manager (Commercial and Operation), Administrative Office, State Bank of India, Muzaffarpur is further directed to dispose of the same within a further period of three months, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is made clear that in case the petitioner is found entilted to the relief which the petitioner would be claiming through the representation then the same should be extended to the petitioner within one month from the date of passing of the final order by the authority concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations and direction, the present writ application is disposed of. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, will be deemed to have been disposed of.
