The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner before the police which has no evidentiary value and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.03.2019.

Case No. 401 of 2019.
