====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Heard Mr. Abdul Wadood, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The only prayer which has been sought for by the petitioners in the present case is that the learned Sub Judge 1st, Gaya be directed to dispose of the Partition Suit No. 529 / 2016 filed by the petitioner in the year 2016 as early as possible. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the plaintiffs in Partition Suit bearing Partition Suit No. 529 / 2016 in which all the defendants have appeared and have filed their written statement. He next submits that plaintiffs- petitioners have filed suggested issue on 07/09/2018 and since the filing of the suggested / proposed issue, no progress has taken place in the Partition Suit. In view of the submissions made by petitioners and

No.101 of 2022(2) dt.20-06-2022 3/3 the fact that since after filing of the suggested issue by the plaintiffs - petitioners in the year 2018 the Partition Suit has not registered any substantial progress as such the learned trial court i.e. Sub Judge- 1st, Gaya is requested to take steps for disposal of the Partition Suit No. 529 / 2016 as early as possible. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
