The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of honorarium for the work done as Tola Sewak. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner rendered his services from 5.12.2008 onwards but respondents have not paid any honorarium to him.

In the matter of payment of honorarium, the respondent have to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioners have actually

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Programme Officer, Araria to examine the claim of the petitioner on verification of the record and if found that the petitioners have worked as Tola Sewak, he shall ensure payment of honorarium to the petitioners within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
