In this present writ petition, the petitioner is claiming for payment of driving allowance at the rate of Rs. 200/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the payment of Rs. 200/- per month, now it has been enhanced to Rs. 1000/-.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the concerned Authority, concerned Authority will examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner was working, in such circumstance, the payment should be made to him.
