The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. case No. 463 of 2016 instituted under Sections 407, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner being the driver of the tractor of the informant has taken the tractor somewhere else but did not turn back the tractor. It is submitted that only material against the petitioner is that he disclosed that he had given the tractor to one Binod Mandal, who is still absconding and he has also got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1019 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, this Court is at present not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after conclusion of investigation. (Arun Kumar, J) Ranjan/- U
