The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2015 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-B)a/26(i)/27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that the police on receiving secret information about the sound in Room No.205 of Hill View Hotel reached there and apprehended five accused persons including the petitioner and on search, the petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol and two live cartridges. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56211 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.05.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner.
