Petitioner got job of constable by playing fraud upon official and it is alleged that in place of the petitioner, some other person had appeared in examination as a result whereof petitioner got selected on the post of constable.

Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
