The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 registered under Sections 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the contents of statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has claimed herself to be aged about eighteen years, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2819 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Bhagalpur in connection with Ekchari P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
