This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.12.2015 passed by the S.D.J.M, Vikramganj, Rohtas in Complaint Case No. 32 of 2014/ G.R. No. 617 of 2014 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504, 506, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The only prayer of the petitioner is that his application dated 09.12.2015 is still pending in the court of S.D.J.M, Vikramganj, Rohtas and the same has not been disposed of. If such an application has filed and is pending, the same shall be disposed of within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
