The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.365 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 8/20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

There is recovery of 2 kgs. of charas from the petitioner. He is is custody since 03.08.2023. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
