The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R. No. 698 of 2006 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2006 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he murdered Baleshwar Yaav (elder father-in-law) by gun shot,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14053 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 three unknown persons also murderd the husband of the informant by gun shot. From the case diary, it appears that there is direct allegation against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
