This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Khanjekala P. S. Case No. 249 of 2015, dated 02.11.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 18 and 27 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 read with Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. On 04.11.2020, this Court had asked for a report from the court below as regards the present stage of the case. The report has been received which indicates that the case is posted for appearance of accused persons and summons have also been issued for
