The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 484 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner having snatched one mobile phone and a sum of Rs. 2100/- from the informant who was going with his co-villager, namely, Manish Kumar, however, subsequently while three miscreants managed to flee away, the petitioner was arrested in an inebriated condition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge2nd, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 484 of 2018.
