The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 746 of 2019 (Sikti P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 30A, 38, 41 and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which will be considered and disposed of the same on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
