2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 109, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing firing from his rifle and further assaulting the informant from the butt of the rifle over his chest.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that similar allegation has been levelled against all the FIR named accused persons; moreover the case is nothing but a counter version of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 307/149 and other allied sections of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11094 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/3 Indian Penal Code instituted by the sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the petitioner, which is on earlier point of time. There is no injury report to corroborate the allegation levelled in the FIR. Taking note of the aforesaid fact, co-accused persons having identical allegation have been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66256 of 2024 vide order dated 18.01.2025, copy of which is placed before this Court.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State referring to paragraph-3 has contended that the petitioner had been facing two criminal cases of serious offences, though he has been acquitted in both the cases.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of allegation and the factum of case and counter case, coupled with the submission that there is no injury report, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2)
