====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ petition application is being filed to issue appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent to make payment of Rs. 15,47,500/-

Patna High Court CWJC No.6534 of 2021(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/3 (Rupees fifteen lac forty seven thousand five hundred only) which has not been paid by the Insurance Company as State Government did not disburse fund to them for the reason that the Insurance Company did not submit data to the State Government as per MoU, which is evident from letter at Annexure-7 to the writ petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee, Darbhanga, constituted by the State Government, in terms of the agreement in question, entered into between the petitioner, the Respondent-United India Insurance Company Ltd. and the State Government, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate claim is filed before the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee, Darbhanga by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6534 of 2021(2) dt.10-11-2022 3/3 the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and the Respondents shall pay the admitted claim of the petitioner, after taking a decision thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
