2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 469 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The following order has been passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-X, Muzaffarpur on 06.01.2025 in B.P. No. 1578/24 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 469/2024:- "Heard on bail of the petitioner in judicial custody since 16.09.2024. Perused the case diary and case record.
2. Petitioner certifies that no bail has been preferred before any Superior Court. Petitioner has clean history.
2.1 Submission is that there exists
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11043 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/3 land dispute between the parties. Prayed for bail.
3. Ld. APP opposed the bail.
4. Informant alleges that his cousin Ashish Kumar @ Bittu was stabbed by the petitioner along with others on 13.09.2024 causing his death.
5. Allegation against petitioner is committing murder of informant's cousin.
5.1 Witnesses support the complicity of petitioner. Petitioner is FIR named accused. Medical report corroborates the manner of occurrence.
6. Considering all facts and circumstances, submissions and discussions;
bail rejected.

4. The impugned order is a cryptic and perverse order from which this Court can gather nothing about the facts of the case.
5. The purpose of filing bail applications in the District Court is that the case of the petitioner should be considered properly. This court cannot get any help from the impugned order.
6. The B.P. No. 1578/2024 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 469 of 2024 is directed to be re-heard.
7. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur for rehearing of the case by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur herself or any other District & Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur who will pass a reasoned order after going
