JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Several bags of fertilizers and seeds of maize are said to have been recovered from a tractor and petitioner was found sitting on the aforesaid tractor at the time of alleged recovery. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid bags belong to different persons and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 25.10.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
