Patna High Court CWJC No.6535 of 2021 dt.31-03-2022 2/2 "The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The petitioner is candidate for recruitment to the post of SSC (G.D.). He has admitted that he has secured lesser marks and certain percentage of marks is required to be added if it is so he is required to implead the last selected candidate under the category under which the petitioner is claiming.

In the absence of impleading the last selected candidate under the respective category, the present petition is not maintainable, therefore, the petitioner is permitted to implead the last selected candidate of the particular category within a period of four weeks from today failing which the present petition shall stand dismissed for non-joinder of necessary and proper party.
