Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 218 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 with other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. There is general and omnibus allegation against accused persons including the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Jahruddin, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2134 of 2017. Petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4226 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 in custody since 16.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S.
