The petitioner seeks bail in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 1990 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 427, 379, 307 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail, but he went outside the village to earn livelihood. Consequently, his bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner surrendered in the court on 24.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months in a petty case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14052 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 1990.
