Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that petitioner has approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna in S.A. No. 129 of 2020 which is pending. He submits that due to COVID19 and on account of ailment of his sister, the petitioner could not pay the entire loan amount and if the bank considers the case of the petitioner for payment in installments, the petitioner would re-pay the loan amount.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6575 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that the matter is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna, the present writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna. It is expected from the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna to sympathetically consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ application stands disposed off.
