JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 09-03-2022 After some arguments, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to challenge the order dated 30.11.2021, passed by the licensing authority, whereby the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled, before the appellate authority. Should such an appeal be filed within a period of sixty days, the same shall be taken up by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3069 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 appellate authority and after affording all opportunities to the petitioner, a final order shall be passed by him giving reasons for such order.

The order shall be passed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
