The Petitioner seeks bail in Keoti P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 483 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 103, 104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Sections 63, 64, 65 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
As per the written report, several duplicate articles with the sticker of Dabur India Limited were seized from the shop of co-accused Krishna Kumar. The said Krishna Kumar could not satisfactorily reply and subsequently confessed his guilt that these articles are duplicate articles.

From the written report, it appears that petitioner is not named in the written report. Learned Sessions Judge has also mentioned in the impugned order that in para 7 of the case diary, co-accused Krishna Kumar stated that this petitioner has supplied all the seized articles. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 13.01.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S.
