The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 411 of 2019 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 25 liters of illicit liquor from possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.01.2019.
