JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Petitioner has approached this Court assailing initiation of proceedings under charge-memo dated 18.09.2020. He has raised an issue of the charge-memo being unsustainable as the same is based on stale charges relating to the year, 1995-96. Upon instructions from the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the Inquiry Officer has concluded the proceedings and the petitioner would be raising the issue of stale charges before the disciplinary authority in the proceedings.

In view of such submission, with liberty, writ petition is disposed of.
