ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the outstanding due amount to the respondent Bank provided any One Time Settlement Scheme is given to him.

2. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is granted

Patna High Court CWJC No.2471 of 2026(4) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 liberty to file a representation before the respondent Bank seeking settlement of his loan amount. If any such representation is made, the same shall be considered by the respondent Bank on its own merits in accordance with law. The respondents- Bank shall endeavour to take necessary decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation by the petitioner. Any decision taken by the bank shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
