Petitioner in the present case is praying for the following reliefs:-
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.251 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 (i) That this is a criminal writ application is filed to consider the statement of the petitioner and collect the evidence as well as conducting the fair investigation in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.197 of 2021.
(ii) For further direction to grant the accused person who is powerful person may temper the investigation. Mr. Iqbal Asif Niyazi, learned AC to GP-5 submits that in this case after investigation a charge-sheet has already been submitted, therefore, nothing remains for consideration in the present writ application.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application has become infructuous and it is being disposed of. The certified copy of the order will be made available only after removal of the defects.
