2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 243 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, about 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand) was looted by the unknown criminals. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9562 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also materials against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
