Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2021. It is submitted that on 30.03.2022 charge has already been framed and petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2020. Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Patna City, Patna in connection with Deedarganj P.S.
