The petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni (Refinary) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56366 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (Refinary) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
