The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.330 of 2019 registered under Sections 457 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 11.11.2019, the informant along with her family members had gone to Ara Hospital for surgery. On 24.11.2019, when the informant returned to her house, then she found that the locks of the rooms and the main gate of her house were broken and the gold ornaments, clothes, cash Rs.80000/- etc. were stolen. The informant raised suspicion against six persons including the petitioner having hand in committing the theft at her house.

No.9984 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the informant has disclosed the name of the petitioner and others having hand in committing theft at her house merely on suspicion. The petitioner is the co-villager of the informant and is in custody since 31.12.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Buxar, in connection with Simri P.S.
