This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sangrampur (Tetiabambar) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is a lady. The informant of the case is the elder brother of the husband of petitioner. From the First Information Report, it appears that petty family dispute has resulted into institution of the First Information Report. Considering the nature of accusation and the genesis of occurrence, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58554 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger in connection with Sangrampur (Tetiabambar) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
