Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some sign of unloaded rice was found in front of line hotel of the petitioner and on the aforesaid basis, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 45 of 2015.
