It appears that vide order dated 29.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38380 of 2018, the petitioner was already granted conditional anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 670 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

However, in spite of that present application anticipatory bail has been filed, as such, this application is does not appear to be maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
