1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Jokihat P. S. Case No.252 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 279, 427, 379 and 34 of the of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, as earlier his anticipatory bail application was rejected by an order dated 12.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.60857 of 2019 by a learned Coordinate Bench.

4. Since this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, as such, the Court is not inclined to entertain the same.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
