The alleged recovery has been made from godown of one Surendra Singh, who disclosed the name of petitioner and coaccused, Binod Giri and claimed that the seized tyres had been kept by them in his godown. Co-accused, Binod Giri and Surendra Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
