JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to grant appropriate compensation to petitioner for the death caused to his son Rahmat Ali who died in a Road Accident from the bus engaged by Sarvoday High School, Nokha (Rohtas) while he was going on a school trip to Bodh Gaya along with other students of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19194 of 2016(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 the High School under "Chief Minister Bihar Darshan Yojna" organized by the State Government, which took place due to complete negligence of respondent no.7 and 8 while going to Bodh Gaya. And/or pass such other order(s) to which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of instant case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
