This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 457, 380 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed theft in the house of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2016 and submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only due to his criminal antecedent, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. In most of the criminal antecedent cases the petitioner is not named in the first information report.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13238 of 2017 (3) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, or successor Court.

One of the bailors shall be local resident having immovable property and another shall be a family member.
