JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 29.7.2019 by the then co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 45328 of 2019 with observation that if trial is not concluded within a period of six months petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial is still pending and he is in custody for about nine months and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of trial. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea, in
