1. In compliance of the order dated 22.09.2020, passed in CWJC No.7359 of 2020, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties that all the

Patna High Court MJC No.816 of 2021(4) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 outstanding amount of salary and differential amount on various heads, due to be paid to the petitioner, has already stood paid, hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
