2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39585 of 2021 by this Court.
3. The anticipatory bail application was filed by the petitioner in which a specific statement was made in para-17 of the bail petition that the petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full honour and dignity. Now the petitioner wants to resile from the statement made in para-17 of the original bail application.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays and is permitted to withdraw this application.
5. The protection granted vide order dated 26.04.2023 that the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Chandi (Bena) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2020 is hereby vacated.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
