This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no eye witness of the occurrence of the murder. The petitioners are under suspicion. The case diary would reveal, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State, that no eye witness has supported the allegation.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 412 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, or successor Court.
