JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-04-2016 Prayer of the petitioner in the present writ application is for a direction upon the State authorities, especially the Director-inChief, Health Services to grant recognition to the institution on the basis of an inspection, which has already been carried out at the instance of the State and a report submitted vide Annexure - 2, dated 18.05.2015. It is the indecision on the part of the authority vested with the power to take such decision, which has compelled the petitioner to approach the High Court.

Looking at the fact that inspection report is already pending before the concerned authority for almost a year, now, the time has come, when a decision has to be taken with regard to grant of affiliation, which must be done, now, within a period of eight
