The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G,O. Case No. 6 of 2020, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 160 bottles, each containing 180 ml Nepali Saufi wine, which was being carried by the petitioner on his bicycle.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.01.2020. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G,O.
