JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one co-accused Bachhu Bhuiyan are said to have given fasli blow to the informant but according to the statement of the informant itself, he sustained injury on his finger and neck by the blow given by Bachhu Bhuiyan. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Surendra Bhuiyan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate
