The petitioner alleges non payment of honorarium in respect of duties discharged by him as Bench Clerk in Juvenile Justice Board, Nawada, for certain period. His representation is dated 7.8.2016 and is pending consideration before respondent No. 6.
In view of limited grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition need not be kept pending. District Magistrate, Nawada (respondent No. 6), however, should examine the claim
